The classic German coffee house Dallmayr has processed pure premium Arabica from high altitude plantations into this decaffeinated coffee. All bitter and other off-putting flavors have been removed to create a balanced coffee that is kind to the heart and stomach. The Dallmayr Entcoffeiniert is roasted at medium strength. The result is an accessible quality coffee with a round and full taste, without the caffeine. All the flavor characteristics of a 100% Arabica are well preserved and recognizably present.
